Terra Digital Audio is a manufacturer of high-end digital audio workstations targeted to the pro audio and broadcast market. Their systems are sold to music producers and artists, schools, radios stations, as well as other vertical channels. The company was looking for a flexible, secure and easy-to-deploy solution to help customers who required remote desktop support.
After reviewing several solutions, they decided on VMobility Remote Access. Now every unit ships with VMobility preinstalled. When desktop support is needed, the customer simply launches the VMobility application, enters a user name and password, and they are then joined in a secure VMobility network, where a support technician can take remote control of their system to help them diagnose, and even resolve technical problems.
Everything the support technician does is visible to customer, and the technician can even transfer software or drivers if needed through the VMobility secure file-sharing application which can transfer filers of any size.
The end result has increased customer satisfaction and reduced support costs
